A year ago, we built Socials, a network of WhatsApp communities for international students moving abroad. The idea was simply to connect students before they arrive so they don't feel alone.
It honestly helped thousands of students, but what we kept seeing in every single group, the conversation always came back to one topic...

The problem no one was solving
Michael was heading to Rotterdam for his Erasmus semester. He spent weeks on five different platforms, messaging landlords who never replied, almost paying a deposit for a place he'd never seen.
And we got it, because we'd been there ourselves. Moving to a new country and trying to find a home from the other side of the world is super stressful.
From communities to housing
We realised the WhatsApp groups were great for connecting people, but they weren't solving the biggest problem. So we did something about it.
We partnered directly with trusted accommodation platforms. We built a system that scans thousands of listings, filters them and delivers the best matches straight to WhatsApp, the app students already have open all day.
